  1. इंजीनियरिंग ट्रस्ट (Engineering trust)

  • अगर IT टीमें तकनीक-आधारित बिज़नेस परिवर्तन को आगे बढ़ाना चाहती हैं, तो उन्हें एक भरोसेमंद बिज़नेस कोर बनाना होगा

  • भरोसे के लिए Security और Reliability आवश्यक हैं, लेकिन यह दोहराए जा सकने वाले, प्रमाणित, स्केलेबल और नवाचारी "working practices" पर आधारित होना चाहिए
