• VS Code का web version सीधे इस्तेमाल करने के लिए उपलब्ध URL

• File System Access API का उपयोग करके local file editing support (Chrome/Edge)

• फ़ाइल/अपलोड download किया जा सकता है, इसलिए iPad पर भी development संभव

• Settings Sync के साथ settings/keybindings/extensions भी वैसे ही share किए जा सकते हैं

• GitHub Repo, Codespaces, PR extension डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से built-in

• github.dev से मिलता-जुलता है, लेकिन थोड़ा अलग

→ github.dev GitHub के साथ गहराई से integrated है, अपने आप login हो जाता है और URL भी GitHub /organization/repo फ़ॉर्मैट को वैसे ही follow करता है

→ vscode.dev Azure Repo को भी support करता है. इसे vscode.dev/github और vscode.dev/azurerepos में बाँटकर इस्तेमाल किया जाता है

• extension/theme apply करना आसान है और links के जरिए share किया जा सकता है
