  • NIST (अमेरिकी National Institute of Standards and Technology) ने 4 quantum-resistant cryptography standards चुने, जो मौजूदा cryptography systems से अलग हैं और जिन्हें quantum computers के लिए decrypt करना कठिन है.
  • 2016 से शुरू हुई NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Competition में जमा किए गए cryptographic algorithms को 4 चरणों में verify किया गया.
  • संचार encryption के लिए CRYSTALS-Kyber( https://pq-crystals.org/kyber/index.shtml ), और signatures के लिए CRYSTALS-Dilithium( https://pq-crystals.org/dilithium/index.shtml ), FALCON( https://falcon-sign.info/), SPHINCS+(https://sphincs.org/ ) चुने गए.
